1. Contact us at
info@BlackCreekCandleWorks.com to schedule your party. If you
start the party on Friday and run it for 10 days, that will give your guests
2 weekends to shop.
2. We will send you a sample invitation
for you to customize and email to everyone in your address book--not matter where they live The invitation
contains special offers good only at your party and a VCP (Virtual Candle
Party) code for them to enter during check out.
3. At the end of the party, we will add up all sales with your VCP code and notify you of the total and your hostess gifts.
That’s all there is to it! You don’t even have to clean the house for company! No snacks to buy or clean up afterward! We will even ship each order directly to your guest so there's no sorting out orders or deliveries to make.
Hostess Rewards
Just for hosting the party, you receive a special
gift from us. The Hostess Gift changes each month so that we can give you the
best of the season. You also receive 10% of your total party sales in FREE candles.
For example, if your party sales total $250,
then you receive $25 in Black Creek CandleWorks merchandise of your choice.
You may choose anything from our entire website.
In addition, for each Virtual Candle Party Booking
made during your Party that has sales of at least $150, you will receive an
additional half-price item of your choice (cannot be combined with other discounts)
